Grandpa's Return and a New Friend!!

Yep look above, you see that! I pretty sure I have found my fingers and they sure do taste good!! And yep I'm still back on the light, which means yep back to my beauty mask ( I hate being in the dark all the time!!) But yeah, today was yet again another day of Med's only 3 ML of food and A LOT of sleep. Tomorrow I will know the results of the latest heart echo, but until then its just gonna be a lot of sleep for this princess!! When daddy came in he did my temp which was 35.6 C, changed my foot sensor, and found out my weight was......Drum roll please...............2 POUNDS 12 OUNCES!!!! Woohoo! Even on my mamma's milk diet I keep gaining weight!! (even though that one Dr. STILL thinks it's just water weight....) But I DON'T CARE!! Weight is weight and the more I gain the quicker I am out of this fish bowl!! When daddy left mama came in the change my diaper and 2nd day of NO POOP for YOU mom!!! Around that time I opened my eyes and noticed MY GRANDPA CAME!!!! Yay!!! and Look at that a NEW FACE who is that??? It's mommy and daddies friend Jade!! (See Below!!)

She was sure happy to see me and she loved on me and made me feel real happy and special :) Everyone is so nice to this princess!! And look below!! Here is my Grandpa!! And he is being such a goofball :) He makes me smile :) Thank you !

Oh yes as always it's good being me :), I get to sleep all day and get loved on by my mommy an daddy, my other family members and all their wonderful friends, this is the one of the ONLY highlights of my day :) Well I would just like to say thank you to Grandpa and to Jade for coming to see me :) I love new and old visitors :) But I am really sleepy so again as always back to sleep and Please pray for good news tomorrow, it's been only 20 days but I am soooo ready to be home with my family and I don't need any setbacks!!! I love you all :)

Round 2 of Test results and Aunty Vicki Day!!!

Well for starters my test results came back today on my

Patent Ductus Arteriosus

and my hole did not close up at all, if any :( So the Dr. decided to put me back on medication again for another 2 days. :( So AGAIN that means my food supply was cut back to 3ML every 3 hours. So double :( Face! My weight did though INCREASE AGAIN!!! This little princess is now tipping the scales at 2 pounds 11 OUNCES!! ( Even though the doc seems to think it is just water weight... UGH!) Either way I looked much fatter today!! I can see a trend! As you can see above here I was pretty upset and I will tell you WHY! First of all they put me BACK on photo therapy so I got stuck with my beauty glasses AGAIN ( I thought i was done with these things!) Anyways when they put my cover back on I must have itched my nose or something and I caught my glasses and they got PULLED OFF!!! ( I still blame the Dr's!!!) Anyway my prince charming aka Daddy came to my rescue and noticed that this little princess was crying and he got the light off for me and held on me till I got calm. Man on man that was a close one! My eyes ain't ready for all the brightness! Anyways daddy took my temp and then changed out my foot sensor, (Temp was 37.1 C by the way) and then My AUNTIE VICKI CAME!!! and then right behind her it was Grandma Berta!!! (See Below!!)

Now you can't see me at all in this pic but TRUST ME I am there, the photo light had to stay on me so I could not even be wrapped up in my princess blanket. Daddy left and then Mommy came in and changed my diaper, No poop for you mom!! :) I got to pose for pictures while mommy and daddy both took pics of me and my auntie and my Grandma! They were soo excited to see me! As you can above (not really) Grandma is holding me and making me feel safe :) And as you can see below:

My auntie is holding my feet's and that REALLY makes me feel safe (Like back in the day when I was in my mommy's tummy)!! Thank You Auntie Vicki for spending so much time today with this princess, But I am going to let you know that now I AM the most important Princess in this Family!! (Yes you have been dethroned!) Just kidding Auntie :) Also Grandma Berta Thank YOU so much for coming to see me again. It makes me happy to see all you guys soo happy to spend time with little ole me :) Well busy day and I got more Med's to take so Goodnight world and I will tell you about my travels tomorrow on the Olivia Channel :) I Love you guys! Oh and daddy thank you for being my hero today!! :)

OH MY GOODNESS I almost forgot PRESTON!! You are my brother and I have not met you yet, but daddy tells me all about you and I want you to know that I love you and HAPPY 6th BIRTHDAY!!!! I can't wait to me meet you big brother and I hope you had a good day on your special day!!! And look at that we share the same birthday month!! How cool is that!!! I love You Big Brother!!!

Sleepy Day but I got LOTS of Visitors!!!

Well as you can see above I was pretty out of it!! Probably because of all my heart Med's. Tomorrow they will find out if my Medication helped my heart at all. ( So again PRAY FOR ME PEOPLE!! ) Today they ran another Neurological test on my head and found out the bleeding in my brain did not increase so the Dr's or no longer worried about that and I won't get another test probably till I am out of here! So GOOD NEWS PEOPLE!! Told ya I'm a fighter!! Now if I could just kick this heart thing I will be good to go!! Today they measured me again and I am 39.5 cm long which just a hair over 15 in a half inches!! So ya I basically grew a hair! (Or Maybe I just stretched a little bit more this time who knows) and my head was 23.5 cm around which is 9 1/4" around. So my head actually got smaller, (Weird I know I think they just messed up the first time!!) I also gained an ounce pushing my chub level up to 2 pounds 8 ounces!! So ya I crossed the halfway point of a pound and I'm on my way to 3!!! (And I did all that with my food supply cut off!!) So I have been very hungry for my mama's milk but I still have to wait till tomorrow for my normal feeding again. Well ya that's pretty much my day... OH WAIT I forgot my parents friends/family/best friends came to see ME today!!! And sorry mom and dad I think they like me now more than you!! (Didn't mean to steal your friends guys!) First was Krista and as you can see she was VERY happy to meet me. (See Below)! 

Daddy flipped me over, then took my temp, then changed out my foot sensor. Next mama changed my diaper then it was loving time from Auntie Krista!! She was with me for a long time and I LOVED it she is just like my mama and made me feel safe and secure, Daddy said she started to tear up and all I gotta say is AUNTY KRISTA Knock it OFF!!! I am good, strong and safe and I will be ok!! (But don't worry I have to tell my mom these things DAILY!!) Then next it was Steve and Loni!! (See Below)!

Now by the time they saw me I was already wrapped up for the night so I was under the impression it was sleepy time, So Sorry guys I didn't open my eyes for you :( But I knew you were there and that's all that matters to a little princess like me!! Like Krista they loved on me and introduced themselves to lil ole me! I was shocked when even Steve Loved on me!!! Loni wanted to color my nails but I don't think that can happen any time soon! (Sorry Lady!) But later I promise!!! Man oh man I am such a lucky girl to know I have all these people coming to meet me and to see me and to care for me :) I'm so little but I love being filled to the top with soooo much love from you guys!! There was so much excitement today! I had visitors for over an hour! But with all that excitement I now need my rest so it is time to call it a night!! Tomorrow I get my test results on my heart so Wish me luck, and I love you all!!

Grandma Rolene today! & more heart trouble :(

Well as you can see from above I met my Grandma Rolene Today!! For those of you keeping track at home that is my mom's mom! She is a super nice an sweet lady, I was still really tired but I did try to open my eyes for a second I don't know if Grammy saw but I saw her. I stayed wrapped up in my princess blanket the whole time cause its been helping me stay calm and breathing better. Mommy and Grammy stayed with me for about an hour holding my hand and keeping me company and of course loving on me!! I now know why my mommy is such a sweet lady, its cause she learned it from her mommy duh!! Shortly after they left I had another test on my heart and they found out the hole got bigger :( So now the Dr's were forced to put me on medication to help heal me and close the hole up. Now I heard them say there is a 75% chance that this will work and make me better, and of course if it does not help me they will have to do surgery. SO ladies and gentleman please pray for my lil oh heart!! (It's needs it!) Now with this medication because it affects my intestines they have to cut my food supply down to what it was when i first came in here.. That's gonna be tough cause I am a very hungry girl for my mamma's milk!! And I JUST started to gain weight again too!! Today I weighed 2 pounds 7 ounces. UGH, I was doing soooo good!!! They will keep me on the Med's till 8pm tomorrow night and then they will run another test on my heart to see if helped or not. Also tomorrow night they are gonna run my brain test again and check my bleeding in my head (So ya you can pray for that one too!!) Once mommy and daddy came in I felt better. They unwrapped me and took my temp which was 36.7C daddy changed my foot probe and mommy changed my poopy diaper again! (Sorry mom once again!) I did open my eyes just long enough for mommy and daddy to see me. The Dr's also put me on an IV for my med's (Just when I was bragging about them removing all my lines yesterday!!) All in all it was a long day of GREAT moments (I'm Talking about you Grammy!) and sad moments but I am a super STRONG princess and I'll be just fine! So I will update you all tomorrow and until then I love you all and goodnight!!!

Nice Quiet day, and I needed it!! :)

Oh after all of the excitement in the last 3 days of meeting new family members I was getting a tad bit overwhelmed for my little size so it was just my mommy and daddy today!! My food is up to 21 ML every 3 hours and the only line I have going into my body now is just my good ole green feeding tube! They gave me Iron today too to make my bones good an strong!! I also GAINED an ounce!!!! It may seem funny that most girls are trying to loose weight and I'm bragging about GAINING it!!! At this point I need to be a good ole chunky baby so I can ditch this fish bowl and end up behind bars!! ( Ya that's a crib reference right there, AKA Baby Jail!!!!) And I cant wait to be in my Baby JAIL!! So many thoughts about living outside of my plastic cage I get excited and figure sleeping is the best way to pass the time! Mommy as you can see above is changing my diaper and daddy flipped me and changed my sensor on my hand and took my temp which was 36.7C. It was a quiet day but I needed the rest so I can save up more energy for the family members I get to see this week!! Like my grandma Rolene!! I can't wait!!! Uncle and God Parents DAY to see Me!

Today was another busy day for little ole me! I had 2 visits today from my family and the first one my mom came with my Uncle Joey!! He was really nice and sweet to me. Just like everyone else he held my hand and made me feel loved! ( And that's what every growing girl needs!) Except it was still really early for me and I was very tired and I could not open my eyes not even once :( Mommy and Uncle only stayed for 30 min but the time don't matter its the loving that matters! Dr also showed my mom charts about how much weight I have been gaining, so far I am still 2 pounds 5 ounces so no improvement yet :( But I'm trying! Anyway thank you Uncle Joey for coming to see me!! I Love You!!!! Later in the day daddy and mommy came and they also brought my GOD PARENTS!!! Amber and Chad!! Now I have no clue what a god parent is or does but I know my parents love me enough to make a good choice of "God Parents" So they MUST be good!! And now they are all mine!! So Chad and amber that's right I OWN YOU!! :) When they got there I already had been been fed and changed and had my temp taken, it was was 36.7C by the way! Amber got to love on me first then Chad. Same as everyone else they held my hands and feet and rubbed me and made me feel loved. :) Mommy and daddy are right these were good choices!! But like before I was VERY tired but I want you all to know I knew you were there and making me feel special. I love you all soooo much!! This is really making my early visit to the world much easier! Hopefully sometime in the next 2 weeks of my life I can actually START GROWING MORE!!! Right before everyone left daddy helped wrap me up and put me on my tummy for bed time :) Chad and Amber said there good byes and It was back to my dreams of life outside the box!!! :) Well goodnight everyone I love you!!

My days are starting to get real fun ! :)

Well Today I got to meet the 2nd of my 3 grandma's, GRANDMA BERTA!! That's my daddy's mama. Grandma FINALLY got to love on me :) She held my hands and rubbed me and yes I was a little sleepy but I did open my BEAUTIFUL blue eyes for a min to let my grammy see me :) She was so excited!! (But no where close to how excited I was!!) My mommy brought her and they both stayed for a hour or so I think (I'm only 14 days old and I have little concept of time!) Then when I just thought my day was over My AUNTIE Sarah (my daddy's sister) came to see me!! My daddy and my mommy bought her to see me!! It is sooooo nice to know that everyone in my family is sooo excited to see little ole me ( I mean how could they not be look at me I AM BEAUTIFUL!!! ) She held my hands too while my daddy flipped me over so I could see the world ,and then he took my temp which was 36.7C. The Dr. upped my food to 20 ML every 3 hours now and another BIG thing happened today my ICKY NASTY Belly button scar came off!!!! (Now my tummy does not look like a chunk of burnt toast!!) I wish the people that read this could understand how much excitement I have to see the people that mean the most to me :) This gives me all the reason I need to grow quickly and heal and be 100% when my mommy and daddy take me home for the first time. And yes that is my #1 goal to become a big girl (hear in my lil plastic hotel) and be on my way, I love the nurses and Dr's that take care of me but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I need out!! So I will fight everyday and I WILL be home soon!! I love you all soooo much, and I have a feeling I will be seeing more of my family and friends soon I hope!! Like Grandma Rolene, Uncle Joey, Auntie Vicki, Auntie Krista, God Parents Chad and Amber (and seeing how you guys are FAMILY I better be seeing you soon!!!!) and of course there are others I am forgetting but I am preemie and my brain can only hold so much memory at the moment!! Anyways to bed I go!! Good night :)

Happy HAPPY DAY I Met my GRANDPARENTS!!!!! :)

Wow after the last ROUGH couple of days I HAD A GREAT DAY!! First of all lets get all the numbers out of the way, I weighed 2 pounds 5 ounces, My temp was Normal 36.2 C, I am off My PICC line for GOOD!! And I am up to 19 ML of food every 3 hours!! So ya in other words IM GROWING, GROWING AND MORE GROWING!!!! :) YAY ME!! Today Was so FUN that I had my eyes open for most of the whole visit!! Fist of all Daddy came in and flipped me over to see the world and he noticed I got my very FIRST Binky Today!! That's right I can SUCK!!! Next Grandpa Moisio came in, then Grandma Moisio (aka Andy & Debbie), and before I forget, It was my grandma's birthday today so HAPPY 51st Birthday Grandma Debbie!!! Grandpa held my hand and rubbed my leg and really made me feel loved :) (even though he had DIRTY DIRTY HANDS!!!!) Just joking Grandpa :) Grandma had to wear a glove cause she had a ring that Grandpa put on her hand that was TOO SMALL(or maybe her hand grew LIKE ME!) and it could not come off!! (come on Grandpa you need to fix that !!!) Mommy started to change me but I was not DONE GOING potty (Sorry mom but you were too soon!!) so she changed me (well kind of). So much fun today and now I can't WAIT till I meet the rest of the family. I love you so much Grandma and Grandpa, You made my DAY!! (out of the 13 days of my life) this was my #2  favorite, behind meeting mommy of coarse :) (Sorry dad !). Well it was fun but its night night time, As you can see above I gave my daddy (the photographer/ my secretary) a hand shake goodbye :). Goodnight Family I LOVE YOU!!!

Rough Day for Little Ms. Olivia :(

Ah ya Look at me up there ^ Im BUSHED!! :( Today I had my heart test for the lil hole in my heart... Dr. says I have 

Patent Ductus Arteriosus!!

Man on man I hate terms like that!! I mean look at that it sounds real bad! But really what I have is best described in Dr talk as this: 

It is abnormal blood flow that occurs between two of the major arteries connected to the heart. These arteries are the aorta and the pulmonary (PULL-mun-ary) artery.

Before birth, these arteries are connected by a blood vessel called the ductus arteriosus. This blood vessel is a vital part of fetal blood circulation.

Within minutes or up to a few days after birth, the ductus arteriosus closes. This change is normal in newborns.

In some babies, however, the ductus arteriosus remains open (patent). The opening allows oxygen-rich blood from the aorta to mix with oxygen-poor blood from the pulmonary artery. This can strain the heart and increase blood pressure in the lung arteries.

So enough with all the Dr. talk this basically means my hole may heal on its on or it may not, and if not the give me medicine to close my hole, and IF that does not work then they will have to do surgery. :( I really think the hole in my heart is the fact that I miss my mommy an daddy soooo much.. But they came today and made me feel better see mommy up there :) and as usual daddy got the pictures for me :) Today I also had a blood transfusion because my red blood cells don't work quite right just yet, but they give me Iron injections to make it so that it will eventually :) Now I told you all before I am here to tell you the truth about lil ole me and my journey, and now I may need you guys to send a lil ole prayer out my way to make sure I'm A'ok in the future SOOO DO IT!! PLEASE!! :) Mommy and Daddy need me HOME SOON!! They are going nuts without me!! And with that  I'm going to bed again I hope tomorrow things go back to normal (which is me sleeping all of course) :) and remember I may not know you all just yet, BUT I love you all !! ALWAYS!! :)

Great DAY!! MOMMY HELD ME FOR AN HOUR!!!

TODAY WAS THE DAY!! Finally my mommy got to HOLD ME!! Man of man did that feel good!!! OF COURSE she started crying uncontrollably and daddy had to get me an umbrella so i would not drown!!! (OK maybe it was not THAT bad but it sure was pretty close) I laid on her chest in her shirt for over an hour!! And I may have got a little to comfortable because for split second again I forgot to breathe!! (oops sorry mom!) It was WAY warmer laying with my mommy then it is in my little shoe box these Dr's like to call a home!!! But I understand Like I have been told a thousand times I NEED IT TO GROW! So in the box I go! (Bye mommy I'll miss you!) If you look at the picture over there I am hugging my mommy goodbye :( Oh well Once I was back in my little plastic box mommy took my temperature and it was 36.2 C as usual and then she changed my diaper. Now tomorrow is the day they might take out all my wires and will get all the good things to make me strong through my IV, I'm excited cause that means I get my hand back!!! No more PICC Line!! Well with all the crazy excitement of the day I am exhausted and its back to bed/box for me!! Again Thank you daddy for taking all the pictures of mama and I and thank you all for your prayers and good wishes, I cant wait to meet you all!!! Goodnight world :)

Long day BUT my Test results are in......

Well today waaaaaaay early in the morning I had my neurological test ( Brain Test ) and they found out I got some small amounts of bleeding in my brain :( Now it does not hurt so 
don't worry about that!! On a scale of 1-4 (4 being the worst) I got a 2. The Doc says it will probably amount to nothing, but to be on the safe side they will give me another neurological test next week to see if the bleeding is gone, So cross your fingers !! Also mommy and daddy were told I have a small little hole in my heart, another thing they don't seem to worried about and prob will amount to nothing as well. Now honesty is the best policy here and this is Me telling YOU the reader about my Journey, there will be good days (hopefully a lot!!) and some bad days ( Like when i get too hot or too cold or too sleepy ) and there are days when i get information about my health (Which could be good or bad). So before you get all worked up ladies and gentlemen I AM FINE!! I am not in pain!!! I have lots of people that love me and watch me and take care of my lil self!! And because I have all of this and the heart of my mom and strength of my dad I know I will be fine!! Phew! Glad that we got that out of the way on to the fun stuff!! Daddy got to massage my lil back for a while my mommy took the pics ( a little blurry I know, sorry mom dads BETTER with the picture machine!!) and then Daddy flipped me over so mommy could change me again, I gained 10 grams (bout a third of an ounce) and mommy and daddy got to see me with my HORRIBLE mask off, now my face may look a lil funny but that's because I have to wear this thing ALL DAY LONG!! They stayed for almost a whole hour and mommy GETS TO HOLD ME TOMORROW!!!! I'm so excited!!! Well again it was along day so I'm gonna get back to sleep So goodnight world and I will catch ya tomorrow!!

Back to Normal Temp and more Calories for me!!

Today I was back my to normal body temp not too cold not to hot :) So I was able to sleep most of the day. I heard today my sister tried to come see me :) But she got turned away at the door cause she might make me sick :( So just my daddy got to see me for the first 20 min while mommy had to watch my sister. Daddy played with me for a while. I opened my eyes for a bit and tried to smile but I really missed my mommy so I told dad "BE GONE!! and bring the Milk Maid!!!(aka Mommy)" Then Mommy came FINALLY :) and she took my temp which was 37 C even, then she changed my poop holder (3 days straight of poopy diapers for mom!!!) Mommy also found out my weight was 2 pounds 3 ounces !! ( I'M GETTING FATTER YIPPIE!!!!!!) Today they increased my Calorie intake from 22 to 24 its gonna make me grow more!!! I love my Mommy and Daddy so Much, Everyday I have been alive I have got to see them (That makes me a very happy Princess!!) I hope I am out of here soon Cause I can't wait to meet my sister :) Good night world, and Good night Big Sister!! This is the Olivia Channel signing out !! :)

HOT HOT HOT!!!!

What a CRAZY Day, Well by the time I woke up again today Mommy and Daddy were already here to see me :) But I was not feeling too good I was VERY Hot! My bed light came on saying that the temp was 38.2 C and my heart rate went all the way up to 202! Now don't be alarmed everyone my NORMAL heart rate is around 160 but it was soooooo Hot inside that I had to breathe real hard :( But I'm ok! and that was not gonna stop a lil diva like me from getting her photo shoot on! The Camera guy came shortly after mommy and daddy did and took all kinds of pictures of lil o' me :) When the photo man makes the "Olivia CD" it will come with all the pictures i will have my manager/daddy post them! In other news the mama's milk factory increased my food to 12 ML! every 3 HOURS! That's a lot for lil o' me and my weight as of today is STILL 2 pounds 1 ounce. I need to put on more weight!! Tomorrow I think they are gonna add more good stuff to my diet to make me grow! (Finally!) Also all my bruises are almost ALL GONE YAY! And they took me off of photo therapy!!! (for now at least..) All in all it was a tough day on me though :(, I gave my mommy a scare because I forgot to breathe for a couple of seconds, but I quickly remembered and I was ok :) (Sorry Mom but really Stop freaking out!!)
