Another TOOTH!! And I am ALMOST Ready To Crawl!

Hello everyone! Well I had a MUCH better week (compared to last week) with lots of learning, eating & resting!! I hope all of you had a great week as well! I spent most of the week in much better moods, mostly because all my pain from the prior week had paid off with the presence of ANOTHER bottom tooth! AMAZING how they just show up one day and I don't notice it until it starts cutting up my hands when I chew on them! Now this new tooth popped up right next to my first tooth and it looks mighty cute when I smile :) Ill show you guys a picture of it here later :) For the most part I just hung out at home all week with my family and that was all good if you ask me :)

Now lately I have been really practicing with my tummy time. Mostly because I can now roll all over the place, and sometimes I get stuck on my tummy. BUT I found out if I put my hands on the ground and push up I can almost sit on my knees! AND that means I am only a couple movements away from crawling. Lately mama will lay me on the floor and come back later to find out I have moved myself half way across the room! I just roll all over the house now and its mighty fun to keep rolling and see where I end up!! I also seem to do it in my sleep as well! When I wake up to get my bottle in the middle of the night, mommy and daddy notice I have moved all over the place! Sometimes I am upside down or completely on the opposite end of the crib! Just last night daddy found me with my head propped up on the side of the crib and almost sitting up halfway on my own! Now I don't really remember how I got there but it was really cool none the less!

And LOOK there it is! Mommy got a much better picture this time and now you can see both of my new teeth!! You see how much that first tooth grew in only a week! Crazy I should have a mouth full of little chompers in no time! And you know what that means, I will be more than ready for my first taste of cake come birthday time! So hurry UP TEETH!! This past week I also have learned that I can grab my bottle and bring it up to my mouth! Just today I grabbed it out of the cup holder while mommy was holding me with one hand and was able to bring it up all the way to my mouth! Now from there I still haven't quite figured out that I need to hold it at an angle so the milk comes down, but I bet i figure that one out in no time!! I grab everything now! When I am sitting on daddies lap at dinner time I grab his food, and his bowl or cup and try to get it in my mouth before he notices, but I always fail and he catches me :( Oh well I guess I need to learn to be more sneaky :)

 Now I did say that this past week was very quiet and non eventful, but I did forget I had some fun times this weekend! First on Saturday I went with Dad and mom to get some birthday presents for my God Dad Chad and for Brianna. Now she is my mommies and daddies good friends Steve and Loni's daughter! She just turned 6 too!! Now after that I got to go with them for some house shopping! Now that was quite the experience let me tell ya, lots of weird and stinky houses we got to see that did not look like good places to live at all but Grandpa Andy was there and that made it a whole lot better! Thank you Grandpa for coming along to keep me company!! Plus the lady showing all the houses was obsessed with just staring at my pretty litte face and trying to make me smile, which lately is not all that hard! She was a really fun lady and I'm glad she paid so much attention to me more so than the houses she was showing!! Once all of that was over Auntie Sarah and Uncle Seth came over to watch me for the night while mommy and daddy went to Chad's birthday party! I was sad I could not go but it was awfully late and I went to bed shortly after anyways so I guess it was ok I got left behind :( Oh well hope you had a great birthday party Chad!! I love you! Next time I better get invited too!! :)

Now on Sunday I got to go to Brianna's party! It was at a restaurant where I got to meet a bunch of new people! Everyone got to see my beautiful new teeth and my millions of smiles :) I even got to be held by Loni for a while and that made me feel mighty special :) It was really fun meeting all those new people and being part of yet again another birthday party! Thanks for inviting me to be a part of the celebration I had a  great time!! At the restaurant daddy tried to feed me some beans and salsa before mommy stopped him, but then mommy and Loni proceeded to let me try a lemon and let me tell ya that was REALLY WEIRD!! Everyone laughed at the funny face's I made and ya I don't think I liked that one bit! But besides those weird foods I am still eating all kinds of good baby food daily and I still love it! :) But yeah that was about it for the week, pretty short I know but hey my life cant always be so exciting :) And yes it's time for me to wrap this up for the night so I can get to bed and not keep everyone up all night, but before I go I must remind you all that my March for Babies starts in just 53 days so please be sure to click on my pretty face below to see how my team is doing towards achieving their goal. Back From The Dr's & What A Rough Week!!!

 Well what a rough week! Between going to the Dr's, getting shots, and incredible tooth pain I am spent! I hope your guy's week was better than mine! And with this super rough week, it was also a rough one for mom, dad, grandma and auntie Sarah! You see they were the ones trying to cheer me up all week! Or staying up with me all week, OR trying to get me to stay asleep or nap ALLLLL WEEK!! But I will get into all of that later. First let me tell you about my Dr. appointment! First it was just my normal typical day of laying around playing with my toys and drooling all over myself, and then all of the sudden daddy came home early.... That usually means something bad, something that's gonna cause me pain... and come to find out its time for me to go to the Dr! Ugh! So of course he gets me all ready to go and then it's off we go! Just like always I spent most of my time on a cot waiting for the nurses and dr's to come see me. As you can see above I am just laying there gnawing on my hand to help soothe my mouth. Then the nurses come in and and get me all naked and cold then they weigh me. And guess what! Just like always I gained A LOT of weight and now I am at 17 pounds 14 ounces! Holy cow, I am becoming a cow!! They didn't measure my length or my head this time so that's all the vitals I have for you all. Then it was waiting time yet again! And of course I through a fit out of boredom, and then FINALLY the Dr came in the give me my 2 dreaded shots :( Yep that's right 2 of them right in my upper thighs :( Ya and they hurt worse this time than ever before! I was pretty much inconsolable afterwards! It took daddy a good 5 minutes to calm me down :( Lucky I found out I might only have to go through this ordeal 1 more time next month :) That's good news cause I don't know how much more of this I can take! It's getting old really fast!! After that we always have to wait exactly 20 minutes to makes sure I don't have a reaction to the shots, then its finally time to go! The nurse though was very impressed with how active I am, and noticed my brand new tooth too! I fell asleep shortly afterwards and that pretty much was the start of my dreaded rough week!

 That night was pretty rough for me, I woke up a bunch cause of my tooth, its killing me! Oye for months now I have wanted teeth to just be like everyone else, and be able to get some good food in me, but now I HATE IT!! It hurt's sooooo much! I hear babies get 20 teeth, and all I have to say about that is YIKES! I don't know how I can deal with this 19 more times! And my one single tooth is very sharp too! Sometimes I bite my hands too hard and then that makes me cry too! Man oh man this is horrible! I just hope maybe that 5 or 6 are all coming in at the same time so it can cut the time I have to be in pain in half because this is nuts! I have been chewing on everything! Toys, hands, feet, clothes, blankets, mommy, daddy, the cat's, ok maybe not the last one but pretty much everything I said before that! And the drooling is out of control too! Ask my grandma how many times she has to change my shirts in a day! It's insane! So yes PLEASE let this end, because not even Orajel is making this any easier on me, or anyone else around me!

 Now there was not only bad things this week. I got to go to my brothers boy scouts events TWICE this week! It was awesome! The first time he had a dinner for the anniversary of his troop. He even got a badge for it being his birthday! It was really cool, and as always I enjoyed all the gawking eyes at me all throughout the night just staring at my beautiful smiles and giggles :) But I could not stay still in my stroller so mommy and daddy had to take turns holding me. We were all out pretty late that night and that left us all soooo tired. By the time I got home I fell right asleep and in fact that was the best night I had all week! I think I only woke up once that night, and trust me I think mommy and daddy enjoyed that more than I did!

 Yep that is the trouble maker right there!! ^^^^ You see, that bad boy is what's been keeping me up all night long! It took mommy and daddy 4 fingers and 65 pictures to get this ONE photo of the tooth that has been causing so much trouble! If you can't see it click the picture and it will blow up on you computer screen and then you can see it, it is barely sticking up there to the right, but trust me its ripping through my gums!! Any who later in the week Jayce had his big Pine Car race for boy scouts! We went early and I got to watch all the kids play outside and eat pizza and chips! Of course I envied every moment of that too!! Later once the race started I saw Jayce win 3 of this 8 races!! It was VERY exciting!! He ended up finishing 3rd overall in his group and then got to go to the finals! Once in the finals though he was not able to beat a couple peoples fast cars and ended up finishing 9th out 12 :( Oh well he still did great! I lost LOTS of daddy time in the last 2 weeks while daddy and Jayce were working on his car, and all their hard work payed off in the end :) Congrats Jayce you did great and it sure was fun being apart of it too!! :)

And that was pretty much it for my week :) Oh but I did get to see my god parents on the weekend, and that was much needed and mighty fun too! Thank you for the visit guys! Livi loves you!! :) And yep its time for me to go now :( Yep I got another night of me waking up the whole neighborhood cause of my painful mouth of tooth, yep not teeth just tooth! How can one little thing cause so much pain!! Oh well I have been through a lot before so whats one more thing right!! :) And as always I will fight through it and tell you all about it next week! SO PLEASE pray for a quiet calm and restful week for me and my caregivers too! OH and DON'T forget about my March for Babies! Team Olivia is gonna get to marching in 60 days!! My First Weekend Away, AND I GOT A TOOTH!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone!! How was your week??? Mine was just fine and wonderful as usual, and it ended with sleepover to Auntie Jades and the discovery of my first tooth!!! WOW! But before we get into all that lets talk about the week that was! First I have been pretty cranky all week! No one really knew why and nor did I, but I was still sleeping for the most part all through the night. I usually just wake up around 5am when daddy gets up for work now, so it’s been working out just fine :). I seem to be taking less naps lately as well, mostly because I just LOVE to stay up and take in all the fun things around me! Like playing! I just love sitting on the ground or on the couch with a bunch of my toys all around me! I pick them up chew on them, hand them off to my other hand, or throw them back down to the ground to grab another toy! I can do this for hours! Or at least till I get hungry! All my toys now I can grab and throw around and chew on, before I could only pick up really small stuff, now I can pretty much grab anything! I even lean forward to try to get stuff I normally could not reach! Heck I can even almost sit up on my own now without someone holding me! I eventually fall though, but it’s a heck of a lot better than what it was before!! I also have been forced to lie on my tummy lately so my mom can FORCE me to try to start crawling, and ya that's not going so well... I just look like a fish out of water, flailing around like a lunatic until I get upset and start crying! When I do start moving when I'm on my tummy I just end up going in a weird looking circle too. Ugh I’ll get better at it though, at least I sure hope so! I’m also talking A LOT more than I ever have! I just talk and talk and talk! I talk to my toys but they never respond, then I try to mimic my brother Jayce but he don't seem to understand me :( And then I try to talking to daddy and he just makes the same noises back, and ya I don't understand him at all, then I try to talk to mom and then she makes even crazier noises at me and all I can think of is either I am not communicating correctly, or these people just don't know how to talk! One day maybe I will understand them or vice versa :) Either way I have found my voice and I aint going to stop using it!! :) Lastly I can finally rollover on my own :) YAY for me!! I can even roll back to my front too! So I can't wait to show the DR. all my new moves next visit!! :)

And speaking of the dreaded Dr's, tomorrow I have my next synagis shot :( Oye. At least that is the only thing I am going to be going in for. But like always I will get all the good news on my weight, height, and head size. At least I assuming it's going to be good news! Mamma and Grandma have been feeding me all kinds of food lately too! And I sure LOVE IT! I am now eating almost the whole jar every time I get some food! Mom is going to try to keep feeding me as much food as possible and trying to start cutting back on my bottle too so that should be interesting to say the least! Last week I got to eat strawberry applesauce, bananas, peas (yuk) some carrots and some new rice with pears and apples in it.  Mom is also starting to feed me a big meal before bed every night to help me stay asleep at night, and so far it’s been working like a charm!!

Now remember earlier when I said I have been cranky all week, well I think now we all finally know why! Out of nowhere on Friday afternoon, auntie Jade came over and BEGGED to watch me over the night and weekend. So mom and dad gave the ok, but before I left, I was sitting there on Jade’s lap and I tried to chew on her hand, she then let out a yelp because she had found out that I HAVE A TOOTH!! FINALLY!!!! YAY FOR ME!!!!!! That little pearly white popped out of nowhere on the bottom middle of my mouth! It is kind of behind my gums at the moment so dad could not get a good picture of it, BUT I am sure you be able to see it quite clearly very soon! Now so far that is the only one that has come in, but I hear once one comes out they all starting popping out! I CAN’T WAIT!! Yes it may hurt pretty bad at the moment, but I love food so much and that means I get to eat even better stuff really soon!! So until then I will keep chewing on my toys and people’s hands until the other toother's to come!! Wow just lots of new things for me this week!! :)

 Now like I said earlier, I got to spend my first weekend away from home! (Well since coming home in August that is) and let me tell ya it was quite fun and very different all at the same time! The first night I got to hang out with Jayce and Jordyn and I got to watch them all play some games on the big TV, which I didn't quite understand but it looked absolutely wonderful all at the same time! I had a good night that night, I only woke up once and was in shock when there was no mommy or daddy!! Luckily Jade was there to coax me back to sleep with a fresh bottle :) The very next day we had a birthday party to go to!! As you can see above I got to play with some other babies there too! My friend above is named Avery and she just turned 8 months! I think she was pretty jealous of my fancy pink coat!! But we sure had fun playing :)

The Birthday party was for Jades friends daughter Joselyn whom just turned one! I am super close to my first birthday of course so it was nice watching someone else have theirs so I can gather pointers on how to act at my first birthday!! Especially when it comes to the eating cake part!! Oh I can't WAIT for that part!! I got to once AGAIN watch everyone else have cakes, and me yep I got nada :( BUT I did get some good food AKA my favorite Banana's and Rice Cereal :) Later that night I got real cranky cause my teeth started hurting again, so I got some Orajel and I was out for the night! I woke up about 2-3 times that night, but it was just because I kept talking to myself out of boredom!! Sometimes I just hate sleeping especially when everyone else is asleep it gets pretty lonely but I was able to fall right back to sleep :)

As you can see above the crankiness from the night before led to a scratch on my cheek! When I get cranky I tend to flail my hands around too much and next thing you know I hurt myself :( Well the next day it was off to mommy and daddy's house! I sure did have fun with you Jade! Thank you so much for having me over :) I love you!!! But I sure did miss my mommy and daddy so I was glad to be home! :) They sure did miss me too, I could tell by all the lovings I got all day long!! Well once again its time to go nighty night time! Tomorrow I have my Dr's appointment so be sure to wish me luck! Oh and don't forget we only have 64 days to go for my March for Babies walk!
