Great day, I'm getting super healthy! :)

Oh yes that's right after the scare a couple days ago about my health, I showed these Dr's who's boss!! That's because I am about to get my oxygen tube out tomorrow!!! (That's if everything stays on the same path of course!) And all of this is because I am doing SOOOO GOOD!!! The only bad thing about today was that the nurse's around here keep waking me up to check on me and its getting old!! (I am FINE!!!! trust me nurses!!) You see that picture up there!! Ya that's right, that is me getting ready to back hand yet another nurse that wakes me!! I am real ornery because every time I get woken up I expect to see my family, but yet again it's just ANOTHER Dr or nurse coming to check on me!! But the good news was once I finally opened my eyes I realized the last people that tried to wake me was my daddy and mommy!!! Yay!!

Yep I sure was surprised and happy (Look at me!!), I'm glad it was just you daddy :) (You can probably notice I was turned over in this picture that's because I have to be turned over every 3 or 4 hours duh!) They do this to rest this pretty little face of course!! But Before they turned me over and I stubbornly opened my eyes, daddy took my temp which was 37.1 (first day of summer and I was kinda hot!!) and mama changed my diaper (yet again ANOTHER #2!! aka POOP!). After that nurse sucked out my mouth and daddy wrapped me back up and it was time for bed again :) BUT It was soooo Nice to see my mommy and daddy without my little mind being all fuzzy from the med's! The Dr's have taken me off all but 2 med's and that's because I AM GETTING BETTER!! So be excited people because I am one step closer to being lifted out of this box and into a crib!! (And I sure can't wait!!) So it's time for this little girl to sleep so goodnight world!! And thank you to all the Dr's and nurses that are fixing me up to get home to my mommy!! (and daddy too!!)

Goodnight World :) OH and because my daddy asked me too Congratulations to the Miami Heat for taking out that Dirty Thunder Team!!! Go Sonics!! (Happy now dad??) :) I love you all!!!

This Princes is Feeling Better 4 Days to Go!

I'm almost half way through being off food again and as you probably know this was because of my sickness, but I am feeling much better now :)  I did find out they are gonna do another test on me monday to tell if I will have any scar tissue on my intestines, if I do then I will need minor surgery to take care of that. :( But I was told it was not too bad if I do have to have it :) So here is hoping that I pass my test! (Wish me luck guys!!) But as I said earlier the good news is I am doing Much better!! I did lose a little bit of weight, so now I am 3 pounds 9 ounces, (I made a mistake yesterday I actually weighed 3 pounds 11 ounces which was my most weight ever!!!) Other than that just a whole lot of sleep for this little girl :) I woke up for just a little while when mommy and daddy first come in (see above!) But I could not stay awake for long (See below!!)

Daddy is taking my temperature here and it was 36.9C, and then mommy did her duty of changing my diaper, which yet again was full of my mama's digested milk! aka POOP! (Sorry mom but all the bad stuff has to come out!!) Then the nurses cleaned out my mouth and wrapped me back up in my blanket,  then it was back to sleep for me!!

I know this post was very short and sweet but hey so am I!! And until I am off my Med's and back to eating again, life is pretty boring. So I will just sleep, and dream about my fabulous life outside of the plastic box!! Thank you all again for your comments and prayers and I am off to my sleepy time !

A Day of Healing :)

Today was day one of getting my health back on track :) It was also day 2 of no food, so only 5 more days to go!! On a positive note I was pretty comfortable all day with the occasional kicking my blanket off, because I just love to stretch and move around :) I gained a little bit of weight today, but it was not quite and ounce so now I weigh 3 pounds 9 ounces give or take half an ounce. My IV was taken out today too so now my arm gets to be free of the board and it gets a chance to heal again :) I slept 99% of the day too so I just barely had enough energy to open my eyes for my mommy and daddy when they came in today. (See above!) And that was about all the awake time I had before mommy and daddy did there daily duties.

As you can see above, even after they took my blanket off to do my temp (Which was 37.0C by the way) I was STILL asleep!! Mommy changed my MASSIVE poopy diaper ( I know it was pretty bad and epic, so SORRY Mom!!) And daddy just watched!!! (Come on dad!!!) And that was about the extent of my excitement for the day, which is a Good thing cause I need my rest and yesterday was sure stressful!! So there was my day, a whole lot of sleeping and a whole lot of healing. I am gonna go back to sleep now, thank you all for your prayers today, I love knowing I have so much love and support out there and thank you again!!
