Just Mommy & Daddy Time :)

Well like always, (especially lately!) today was a quiet day. The news of the day was that my food intake was at 21 ML every 3 hours and tomorrow or early tonight it will be upped to 24 ML every 3 hours!! (I am right back on track!!) And now about my weight... ya I lost weight :( 2 ounces :( So ya I am down to 2 pounds 13 ounces UGH! The Dr says its probably because they took my IV out, (Goodbye water weight) so that at least was some good news!! And now both my hands are free again! Today just my mommy an daddy came in to see me and that was A'OK with me. I had a surprise for them too, to make them feel real good I had my eyes open the WHOLE TIME!! Daddy took over 100 photos! (Geez dad that's a bit excessive!) But then again its not everyday I keep my eyes open for that long:) Daddy took my temperature which was 36.9C and changed my probe as usual and them mommy changed my icky poopy diaper!! (You ever notice that only my mom changes my diaper??? Weird!) Well as you can see above I was striking a pose for my photographer daddy :) Soon after my diaper change the Nurses changed my mask so My mommy and daddy got to see my little squished up face!

Yes I was making a funny face there but hey I'm not used to life outside of the mask and it's still a little hard to breathe with out it! But anyways the nurses cleaned my face and my ears and cleaned out my nose, and oh yes I was awake the entire time so my mommy and daddy could be treated to my pretty eyes :)

Well I didn't reach my 3 pounds, but I am pretty sure I will sometime this week especially since they increased my food. Mama brought me a pretty pink blanket today that my Auntie Krista got me!! and I may be able to sleep with it tomorrow! I am sooo excited for that!! (Thank you Krista!!) After about an hour I got real tired again and daddy turned off my night light then it was time for bed again. My mommy stared at me with loving eyes before saying good night and I love you, Oh I love you mommy!! Thank you guys for the mommy and daddy time!! I will see you again tomorrow, good night world!!!
